Medford, Ore. — 24-year-old Brandon Lee Joseph pleaded guilty on Monday to first-degree burglary and second degree assault and was sentenced to five years in prison.
On July 19th, Joseph and another person broke into a Medford apartment where the victim was sleeping.
One of the two struck the victim with a bat and he was knocked unconscious.
The other suspect has not been arrested.
