Medford Police investigating drive-by shooting

MEDFORD, ORE. — Medford Police are investigating a drive by shooting that happened Sunday evening.

The shots were reported just after 8pm near Narregan & Iowa Streets.

Police say no one was injured in the shooting but up to ten shots were fired.

Property was damaged, according to police, but they wouldn’t confirm what the property is.

This shooting takes place just three blocks away from a different shooting that happened last Wednesday night on Narregan and Clark street.

“We’re not going to assume that it’s related. But it’s close enough in space and time, that more likely than not you would think that it would be,” said Sgt. Geoff Kirkpatrick.

Police are still trying to determine exactly why and what the shots were fired at.

Witnesses say they saw multiple vehicles in the area.

Police say they are looking for a silver 4-door Toyota Camry, but are unsure how many people may be involved.
