Medford serial arsonist arrested

Medford, Ore. –38-year-old Manoah Martin Hall from Ashland was arrested on Wednesday evening and police believe he is responsible for all 21 arsons, though at this time he is not being charged with that many due to lack of evidence.

Investigators say they observed Hall on scene at a few of the fires. After looking into Hall as a possible suspect, investigators discovered he had posted videos of fire scenes prior to police and emergency arrival.

Police say several items of evidence were seized from Hall’s residence, including methamphetamine. Evidence suggested Hall was Manufacturing and Delivering Methamphetamine as well.

The Medford Police Department tells NBC5 News that 21 homes have been burned in the last 2 and a half years (since august 2011). All of them vacant homes in Southwest Medford.
