The airport will soon be a little more green here in Medford, as officials get ready to add more solar panels.
The new panels will be installed at the Rogue Valley International Medford Airport in the next month.
Officials say they’re 3-by-5 feet long, and will placed on canopies over the terminal curb, by the parking lot.
The majority of the project will be funded by a Pacific Power Blue Sky grant.
