The Mount Ashland Ski Area is facing a lawsuit.
Anumber of environmental groups say plans for the ski areas expansion are outdated and need to be reviewed.
They continue to say that the ski area has failed to consider the impacts on the Ashland Watershed and any potential climate change impacts on snowfall and skier visitation.
The ski area was approved for an expansion in 2004 that would include new ski runs and lifts but construction still has yet to begin.
