Jackson County School District 9 back in the spotlight… again… for all the wrong reasons. New allegations are surfacing against former school counselor and substitute teacher Joel Heller. Heller was previously accused of inappropriately touching students in 2011… now a local attorney says he’s found girls who say Heller’s sexual abuse dates back to 2005 or 2006.
