OSF 2012 Season Kicked Off Last Friday

Last Friday was a big day for Ashland and the rogue valley. The Oregon Shakespeare Festival kicked off their 2012 season.

The kick off begins with plays like Romeo and Juliet, Animals Crackers, and The White Snake. Officials with the theatre company say ticket sales are going strong heading into opening day.

Last season a cracked beam in the Bowmer Theatre cost OSF more than a million dollars worth of repairs. The company says they are still negotiating with the insurance company.
