Nearly a week and a half afterC andK Market decides to shut down 15 Ray’s Food Place and Shop Smart Stores across Southern Oregon and Northern California, the closing process has begun.
But one concerned shopper is determined to get enough signatures in hopes her home store in Yreka will not close.
