Phoenix High School students return to school

Phoenix, Ore. — There was a visible presence by police around campus at Phoenix high school.

This as students return following what police say was an unknown male caller who threatened a school shooting, the day began with an announcement from the high school’s principal reassuring students about their safety. Students arriving this morning say the phoney phone call was still worrisome.

Student Quentin Jeans said “everybody’s like freaking out, like oh no what’s going on Are we gonna get shot at the school or something But it was just kinda freaky. We didn’t know what was going on and our teacher told us.”

This is the second time Phoenix staff and students had to pull the alarm, earlier, authorities were called in for a gas leak across the street.
