Renovations are happening now at 229 Bartlett street, a project thatshould bring more business to The Commons.
Sky-Oak Wealth Management is fixing up the building into an office space where the company plans to consolidate their Shady Cove, Grants Pass, Ashland and Medford businesses.
The building was once a Southern Oregon University space.
Renovations are expected to be finished this December.
