Reusable Grocery Bags Contain Virus

Researchers in Oregon have made a breakthrough in how noro-virus is transferred, and the culprit maybe in your house.

Researchers studied an outbreak of the virus among17 members of a girl’s soccer team.

They traced the outbreak to a reusable grocery bag.

Until now, researchers have never been able to prove that transmission from an inanimate object caused an outbreak.

This morning, health officials say reusable grocery bags are safe to use, however they should be washed on a regular basis.
