Rotary Club Hosts 56th Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Today’s weather didn’t dampen Easter festivities around the valley. This afternoon hundreds of kids and kids at heart participated in the Rotary Club of Ashland’s 56th annual Easter Egg Hunt at Lithia Park, all looking for the hidden golden egg.

“I found it, I won a frisbee and a golden egg,” said one of the contestants.

As promised, the Easter bunny even made a special appearance. Organizers say this year there were more than 2,700 eggs hidden throughout the park.
