After several hours or negotiations Grants Pass police arrested 24-year-old Daniel C. Hlavinka on Monday morning.
Police believe Hlavinka is responsible for robbing and shooting a man in the leg back on April 23rd.The incident happen near 2nd and D street in Grants Pass.
Last night police recieved a lead on where the man had been hiding out. After evacuating neighbors the swat team surrounded the house.
A female was inside the house with Hlavinka. They both surrendered. Hlavinka was arrested and is charged with robbery and assault in the first degree. The female is currently not facing any charges.
