Supreme Court Back In Session

The Supreme Court begins its fall session today, after a three month summer recess.

There are more than two dozen cases on the high court’s fall docket including the ‘Equal Protection Clause’, age discrimination and campaign finance. Leading off their agenda will be the case of Madigan vs. Levin. That case centers around the issue of state employees who are claiming age discrimination.
