Klamath Falls, Ore. — The trial date has been set for Klamath County Sheriff Frank Skrah, in the month after he leaves office.
Sheriff Skrah was indicted in September of last year on four misdemeanor criminal charges. Those charges include strangulation, harassment, fourth degree assault, and first official misconduct.
Skrah has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges. The case is scheduled to go before a jury on February 8th. When elected in 2012, Skrah stated he would not seek a second term in office.
