Portland, Ore. — A 19 year-old former cheerleader from Lake Oswego is charged with sex trafficking a former school-mate.
Julia Haner and 30 year-old Konrod Mason were arrested last weekend at a motel.
Each face federal grand jury counts of sex trafficking a minor. Haner has pleaded not guilty.
Mason, the accused pimp, has a criminal history including strangulation, DUII and robbery.
Portland Police say they contacted the 17 year-old victim after seeing her featured in an internet prostitution ad.
They say Haner and Mason had already taken the girl to a Vancouver motel to solicit sex for money.
The girl has since been returned to her family.
