Most of Southern Oregon and upper Northern California is waking up to extremely mild temperatures and calm conditions.
This video shows what it looked like early Monday morning– around 5 AM in downtown Medford.
Temps were in the high 50’s, the skies were clear, and the roadways were dry as can be.
This Monday morning is one of the warmest on record so far this year.
