Medford, Ore. — A Central Medford High School special education teacher accused of having sexual contact with a student is set to change his plea.
Stephen Hackett is charged with official misconduct and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Police say the student was 18 and was not in special education classes. Hackett had originally pleaded not guilty. He is expected to change that plea on Tuesday.
