Man facing charges after Crater Lake Hwy. crash

hwy 62 accidentMedford, Ore. — An Eagle Point man is facing multiple charges after a crash on Highway 62 in Medford that sent two people to the hospital.

It happened Monday morning at around 10:30 near Commerce Drive.

Medford Police say 46-year-old Michael Bradley was driving a Toyota 4Runner from White City into Medford when he rear ended a Chevy Trailblazer, then spun out, crossed the center median, and finally collided with a Hyundai Sonata.

According to witnesses, the man was driving erratically before the crash.

Medford Police Officer Greg Nichols said, “He cut one of the drivers off, was weaving within his lane, and other things that really drew attention to himself by the way he was driving.”

Bradley was given a sobriety test at the scene and taken away in cuffs he’s facing numerous charges including DUI of a controlled substance, reckless endangering, assault, and possession of meth.

The drivers of the other two vehicles were taken to the hospital but police say their injuries are not life threatening.
