A young Medford man made his first appearance in court today after being charged with murder over the weekend.
18 year old Ethan Gutierrez appeared via video call at the Jackson county courthouse today.
Medford police say Gutierrez stabbed and killed a man in a field behind Albertson’s near ross lane in west Medford.
He’s being held without bail.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for later this month.
