Klamath Falls, Ore. — A Jackson County man is in the Klamath County jail facing charges including auto theft.
46-year-old Robert Edward Graham of Medford was arrested Sunday in the Walmart parking lot.
Police say Graham was in possession of a van that was reported as stolen out of Las Vegas.
Deputies say Graham has also failed to register as a sex offender since 2008. Graham is also charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon.
