Police say the call came in as a struggle between two people for a gun at a home on Worchester Drive in Medford. Officers say one person was shot during the struggle. The victim was taken to Rogue Regional Medical Center with what are described as life-threatening injuries.
Officers are still investigating and at this point no charges have been filed.
