A woman has been taken to the hospital after falling off a trail near North Bend.
The North Bend Fire Department helped respond to the incident on the Gold and Silver Falls hiking trail.
Three rope rescue technicians, two volunteer firefighters and Bay City paramedics all assisted in the rescue.
The woman was taken to Bay Area Hospital for evaluation.
