WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. – Police in Washington County are concerned for a missing runaway teen after some of her personal belongings were found alongside a road in the Beaverton area.
Detectives said the belongings are something “that is not usually disposed of.”
Police are searching for 15-year-old William Richard-Ricke, who identifies herself as Jazmine Rodriguez.
Jazmine is described as 5’8” tall and weighing 100 pounds.
