Klamath Falls, Ore. – A man and woman in Klamath Falls got a rude awakening when a car smashed into their motel room.
The accident happened shortly after 5 Tuesday morning at the Majestic Inn on South 6th Street.
Police say the driver of the car apparently hit the accelerator instead of the brake.
The car went through the wall, hitting a bed where a man and woman were sleeping.
The man and woman were taken to Sky Lakes Medical Center as a precaution, and were later released.
