Rogue Valley country music festival

Music Festival

Country music fans continuing to celebrate tonight, after NBC5 news broke a huge entertainment story last night.

The Willamette Country Concerts LLC and Bi-Mart are looking to bring a huge four-day country festival to the Jackson County Expo. They hope to bring in as many as 20,000 people a day.

Q100.3’s Jason and Ashley host the “Q-Crew” each morning from their Medford Studios and  they say they are excited about the potential festival coming next summer.

On Wednesday, Jackson county approved an application to allow RV and tent camping off Upton road, near the Jackson County Expo to prepare for the possibility of the concert series.

Again, the festival has not been approved as they work to smooth out some more contracts. They should have a final decision in the next week.
