Medford, Ore., — The Rogue Valley Mall has been bought by a company based out of San Diego.
Brixton Capitol bought the mall in Au gust for $61.5 million dollars.
Just under 640,000 square feet, the two story mall has over 100 stores and 12 food and dining options.
Analysts hope the new owners will help the mall thrive, and continue to grow.
“The mall has done well compared to other retail places in other communities, so I think it’s really important and really attractive for major retail companies.”
The mall was last sold back in 2003.
Rogue Valley Mall management was unavailable for comment.
