Medford, Ore. — A Ruch man indicted by a grand jury for murder appears in court Wednesday to answer to the charges.
Todd Wilcox entered not guilty pleas Wednesday afternoon at Jackson County Circuit Court. Wilcox was arrested in July in connection with the death of 23-year-old Alexis Stormo. He’s facing charges of murder and manslaughter.
Wilcox remains at the Jackson County jail without bail, he’ll be back in court August 22nd.
