Medford, Ore., — Volunteers throughout Oregon are cleaning up their communities today as part of the “Stop Oregon Litter and Vandalism”, or SOLVE event.
About 80 volunteers helped clean up the Bear Creek Greenway from nine to noon today.
This was just one of the areas participating around the Rogue Valley and the state.
“Well it’s pretty dirty, but its still fun because you know how good it’s gonna look after you’re done.” said one volunteer, Amber.
All the trash was picked up from the Greenway by the City of Medford.
The volunteers covered the Greenway from Barnett Road to Highway 62.
