Four still missing after Utah floods

9.16 utah floodsUtah — (NBC News) The search for four people swept away by flash floods in Utah Monday continues.

One child is still missing after two vehicles were caught in flood waters in the tiny community of Hildale. Twelve others in those vehicles were killed.

In nearby Zion National Park four people were also killed three others are still missing and presumed dead.

The National Guard will join in that search later Wednesday. About 600 people from law enforcement and volunteers have been out since Monday looking for the missing.

Meanwhile, for the third day in a row thunderstorms are in the forecast, raising the risk of even more flooding.
