GRANTS PASS, Ore. – “Kron” the pit bull is on his way home.
Kron has been at the animal shelter since he bit a neighbor’s horse earlier this year while staying with a caretaker.
He was originally scheduled to be euthanize. but Josephine County Commissioners gave him a reprieve.
On Wednesday a hearing officer ruled Kron can live as long as he returns to his owner in Albany.
Kron’s caretaker left this morning to reunite him with his owner.
