Round Rock, Texas (KXAN) — A Texas police sergeant was shot and killed at his home Monday morning after reporting prowlers in his backyard.
When officers arrived at Sgt. Craig Hutchinson’s house, they found him lying near a creek behind his backyard with a gunshot wound.
No arrests have been made.
Security in the neighborhood is rattled as the search continues for who police believe to be two suspects.
