Carl’s Jr hosts fundraiser for local boy

12.10 HOPE FOR JAYCEEMedford, Ore. — A young boy and his family are getting a bit of help from Carl’s Jr on Sewart avenue.

Four year old Jaycey Aney was diagnosed this year with three types of cancers including tumors, Lymphoma and Leukemia.

Carl’s Jr on Stewart avenue donated 50 percent of their revenue from 4pm to 8pm Wednesday.

The money goes to help with medical bills, and for the family to move closer to Medford and travel to Portland for treatment.

“Usually only get one of three cancers, and of course our son happened to get all three. And so, really hard to deal with,” said Brandy Aney, Jacey’s mother.

A page has been set up at gofundme.com/hopeforjaycey. Also, donations can be made at Banner Bank.

You can follow Jaycey’s progress through Facebook at facebook.com/hopeforjaycey.
