WASHINGTON, D.C. (CNN) – CDC data shows almost 25% of people in the US have gotten at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. That’s nearly 83 million people.
The CDC said more than 126 million total doses have been administered.
The agency published the data Monday.
These most recent numbers bring the seven-day average to about 2.5 million doses per day.
According to the CDC, upwards of one in eight people — or about 45 million — have been fully vaccinated.
