Congressman Walden meets with Medford elementary students

walden visits with studentsMedford, Ore. — Elementary school students had the opportunity to pick a US Ccongressman’s brain Friday. US Representative Greg Walden stopped by Jefferson Elementary School in Medford Friday morning, to answer questions about his life and career.

Rep. Greg Walden says the kids were willing to ask anything and everything.

“Have you met the president, is he a nice guy, do you get paid, have you ever ridden in Air Force One?” Rep. Walden says, “it’s the natural curiosity of kids and that’s good.”

After meeting with the students, Walden gave each one an autographed pocket constitution.
