Tokyo, Japan (CNN) — Japanese police have arrested a man in connection with a deadly stabbing spree near Tokyo.
The incident happened early Friday morning at a facility for the disabled.
At least 19-people are confirmed dead and 26-more are wounded. Some of the injured are reportedly in critical condition.
An employee at the facility was the first to call police. 30-minutes later, the suspect turned himself in. He told police he used to work at the facility as well.
