Medford Rogues host Great West League All-Star game

Medford, Ore. — Batter up! The Medford Rogues are hosting the Great West League All-Star game Tuesday night, but the baseball diamond is already getting some use at Harry and David field on Monday!

Crews spent the morning getting ready for the crowds. Little league teams started running the bases around 3:30, and food and merchandise vendors are out on the pavement!

It’s all leading up to the league’s inaugural all-star game Tuesday night, featuring the best collegiate players from around the Pacific Northwest.

“Come out and see the top talent, I mean, these are the guys that will be in the major leagues shortly, and it’s kind of neat to be able to say that you saw them when they were playing at Harry and David Field,” Medford Rogues General Manager Carolyn Birch said.

Tickets are still available for Tuesday night’s game, they range from $7 to $12. The first pitch is at 7:05 PM, but gates open earlier! A fireworks show will finish off the evening.
