Siskiyou County, Ore. — The Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office says the death of two adults near Big Springs is now being classified as a double homicide.
Authorities say 69-year-old John Doyle and 67-year-old Carol Doyle were found dead in their home along the 14,000 block of County Road A-12.
Deputies say autopsy results will be released soon.
Sheriff Jon Lopey said, “On behalf of the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office, I would like to extend our condolences and prayers to the family and many friends of John and Carol Doyle. This case is in a critical stage of the investigative process and anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact the 24-hour SCSO Dispatch Center at (530) 841-2900.”
