Eagle Point, Ore., — A pursuit in Eagle Point comes to a close, after witnesses say the suspect crashed into another vehicle.
Just before 5 tonight, police say they began pursuing a car on Highway 62, after it failed to yield during a traffic stop.
They say the suspect car then crashed into another vehicle on the 12,000 block of the highway.
The driver of the car got out and started to run, but was stopped by officers. He’s now in custody.
One woman was taken to the hospital, her condition is not known right now.
