Douglas County, Ore. — A fire in Douglas County had crews busy Monday morning south of Winston on Raleigh Drive.
The Douglas Forest Protective Association says the fire moved up the hillside before it was contained at half-an-acre.
Fire officials say it was started after a rotten oak tree fell through power lines, sparking the fire.
