Harrisburg, Ore. — Four people are dead after a Friday morning plane crash near Harrisburg.
Officials say the plane crashed into a field in Linn County around 11 am.
The single-engine Piper PA46 was trying to land at the Eugene airport.
A cause is still under investigation, but much of Western Oregon was under high-wind warnings at the time.
