Grants Pass, Ore., — Being healthy isn’t just a choice, it’s a lifestyle, that’s what local vendors in Grants Pass want you to know.
Today at the Josephine County Fair Grounds, 30 different vendors from around the valley came to show residents how easy it is to make healthy changes, at the 2nd annual Healthy Food Fair.
“If people can just get one piece of information, make one change, especially a child, it can make a difference in the rest of their life.” said Nancy Yonally, the fair coordinator.
Free samples, cooking lessons and demonstrations were all apart of the family friendly afternoon.
