Medford, Ore. — Lithia Motors is looking to expand once again. The Medford-based car dealership is among the companies bidding on an industrial lot in Portland’s, Pearl District.
The lot, known as Terminal 1, was put back up for sale last month. Lithia is one of six bidders, and offered 10-million dollars for the lot.
Lithia’s CEO, Bryan DeBoer tells NBC5 News, the new building would be an expansion site for their Portland stores, and they have no plans to leave the Rogue Valley.
