It’s that time of year again to sample some savory cheese at the 8th annual Oregon Cheese Festival! Hundreds of people showed up at the Rogue Creamery in Central Point to eat some cheese and drink some wine. Those attending say they were having a blast sampling local creations.
“The cheese festival as far as what locally is being produced, people like Tillamook, wineries like south stag cellars that really helps the more local varieties come up and connect with people who live in the valley”. said John Bennett a Central Point Resident.
From cheese, to chocolate, to wine, vendors we spoke with say they enjoyed the exposure the cheese festival gave their business.
