Business owners in Ashland are speaking out about how the homeless community is affecting their customers.
The survey was created by the Ashland Chamber of Commerce in late March, results reveal owners are concerned about the safety of both their customers, as well as their employees.
Ahomeless man is accused of setting fire to a stairway in the Ashland Plaza, costing ashland business-owners over $250,000.
