Canyonville, Ore. — The investigation is on after a Canyonville man shot and killed his family member.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said it happened around 7:00 Saturday evening. They said 40-year-old Jeredy Peters was pronounced dead when they arrived at the scene on the 200 block of Jordan Creek Road in Canyonville.
Deputies arrested Bandon Fuller in connection with the murder. It’s unclear how the two are related.
Peter’s wife witnessed the shooting, she was not injured. The Douglas County Major Crimes Team is investigating the case.
