It’s being called the first of its kind in U.S. Federal Law Enforcement a free app for your smartphone that’s designed to seek the publics help with fugitive and unknown suspect child predators. As NBC-5’s Craig Smullin reports U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, commonly referred to as ICE, launched the app Thursday.
