Grants Pass, Ore. –Growing marijuana outdoors will be banned in Grants Pass.
The city council voted six to zero Wednesday night to approve the ordinance.
The ban on both medical and marijuana outdoor grows takes effect January 1st, 2016. No public comment period was held.
