Driver Francisco Velasquez jr and passenger Uziel Torres are both facing drug-related charges tonight. This after Oregon State Police found nearly 7 pounds of heroin in their vehicle, with an estimated value of 30 thousand dollars. The third occupant, a 23-year old female was not arrested.
