Medford, Ore. — What better way to honor our servicemen and women on Veteran’s Day than with free pasta?
NBC5’s Kassi Nelson and Q 100.3’s Jason and Ashley gave away pasta meals to a group of Navy Sailors Wednesday as part of our Random Acts of Pasta giveaway.
Stephen Miller is a Petty Officer First Class Navy Recruiter. He nominated his office at the Armed Forces Career Center on McAndrews Road for the free lunch. Miller got back from his sixth deployment last year. The other four Sailors who enjoyed the pasta with him have all been deployed at least once.
